- 2 Year Fixed Rate at 3.25%
- 5 Year Fixed Rate at 3.75%
DIPs on these products will only be accepted until 5pm on Friday 2 October.
Intermediaries with outstanding DIPs can submit fully packaged applications until 5pm on Friday 9 October.
We are working to reintroduce new fixed rate products and will email once these become available.
Our 2 Year Discount Rate at 2.99% remains in range for cases up to 80% LTV.
