•3 Yr & Variable rates reduced
•Max Residential LTV now 85%
•Max BTL LTV now 80%
•Valuation fees reduced
•Increased proc fees

Don’t forget that we’ve reduced the loan amount to £50,000 & property value to £75,000 in your regions which should hopefully help you get more deals in.
