Following a successful three months with the purchase only cashback product, Keystone have now decided to introduce the popular cashback offer on all products for both purchase and remortgage transactions.

The cashback offered is £1,250 on loans between £250,001 and £1m and £750 cashback on loans less than or equal to £250,000. The cashback will be paid at time of completion.

This offer will be available on the standard and specialist buy to let range which will allow brokers to gain a cashback for their clients on HMO and multi-unit properties.

The product ranges remain available to both individuals and limited companies.
