Due to the circumstances regarding Coronavirus (COVID – 19) on Tuesday 10th March 2020 we confirmed in our application software that cover cannot be submitted for customers who work in the following areas:

  • Airports
  • Airlines
  • Travel agents
  • Cruise liners & ferries.

Due to the developing circumstances regarding Coronavirus (COVID – 19) we have to request that you immediately cease offering cover to customers who work in the following areas:

  • Leisure Travel,
  • Tourism (including hospitality, e.g. bars, restaurants and hotels)
  • Events
  • Public transport

Please ensure that you check the ‘Important Notices’ in the product software before submitting any further cases as this will show the up to date restrictions that are in place, and these could change daily.

Please note that if you do submit a case for any customer who works in any of the restricted areas a claim will not be considered as our product should not have been sold to them.

As a further measure we are temporarily withdrawing access to the Keystone product from today.
