Better help when you need it
Our live Web Chat tool makes it easy to connect with us and get the help and support you need quickly. And now we’ve made it even better. You can now download your chat transcripts, giving you a record you can refer back to later if you need to.
Which chats can I download?
You can securely download a full transcript of your current chat session once it’s finished. Make sure you do it before you close the chat window as you can’t download it later.
How does it work?
Once you’ve ended your chat just click ‘Download Chat Transcript’. You’ll then have the option to either Open or Save the chat.
- Open chat – this opens a copy of the transcript in your web browser. You can then save or print it just like you would a webpage.
- Save chat – this lets you save a copy on to your computer. You can choose where to save it if you haven’t already set up a location for your downloads.
When is this happening?
This new feature is live right now. So no more having to copy and paste chats to save them for future reference.
