  • Any warnings we’ve issued with stay on the system for 12 months
  • You will benefit from improved clarity as we not only show if a direct debit has been re-instated, but how your client chose to pay their arrears.

How it’s helped

Since we launched this service back in 2010, an extra £246,000,000 has been paid out in claims across 3,662 policies where an adviser had previously been able to re-instate the policy after being made aware of the cancellation. In 2019 alone 456 policies were saved due to our early notifications which resulted in us being able pay £25.2m to policy holders who sadly needed to make a claim on policies which otherwise may have been cancelled.

It can also help your business, in the 3 months until March 27th this system helped to save 12,276 policies – in turn that saved advisers £3,749,547 in commission. Our system also saved your clients the vital protection they need, particularly in times of a claim.
