On the 6th February 2020, we announced the winners of our ninth Business Quality Awards (BQA) at Butchers Hall, London. The BQA recognise and champion intermediaries who are putting customers at the heart of their business.

This year we introduced a new award for Strategic Partner Quality Performance, and we added new opportunities for companies of a range of sizes to win an Outstanding Customer Outcome award.
