We don’t work on a computer says no basis. We have no credit scoring and look at each case personally to ensure the circumstances have been fully considered before making a decision.

Our teams underwrite each case individually meaning you can be sure if we feel the case is a good fit with our criteria, we will do our best to help.

Something a little different

We offer something a little different as well as our standard Residential and Buy to Let Products. Our innovative lending solutions extend to Older Borrowers meaning those aged 55+ have access to a conventional mortgage and our Lending to Professionals range too.

We will work with brokers to find a solution for complex or unusual cases provided they are supported by a strong covenant and good credit history- so if you have a case which is a little unusual, get in touch”.
