On the 24th November 2015, Let Alliance sent our Annual Landlord Questionnaire to policyholders of our specialist Landlord Buildings and/ or Contents Insurance policy*.  We asked for their thoughts on the buy to let private rental sector and their answers confirmed some very interesting and positive results.

For example, 39% of Landlords told us they are looking to increase the size of their rental portfolio in 2016 and 76% of Landlords would like their rent ‘guaranteed’ and to have legal services paid for in the event of evictions.
