As part of the IDD regulation changes which came into effect on 1st October, if you sell the GP24 benefit to your customer as part of our Critical Illness offering, you must produce an Insurance Product Information Document, because the GP24 feature is regarded as a General Insurance contract and additional to the main CIC product. This is a mandatory requirement from the FCA. Therefore please provide your customer with the attached document at point of sale.

This is an interim solution.

From 14th October, Legal & General will provide this document on the My Accounts on-line portal which your customer can view.
