You may have already seen from our recent GDPR updates but we’re going to be making some changes to our login/password system for LifeQuote access. This will affect the LifeQuote Portal, Case Tracking and our Decision in Principle.
The key changes are:
- We’re making the logins more robust by introducing longer passwords with a minimum requirement.
- We’ve listened to feedback that our adviser ID’s aren’t the easiest to remember so will be using email addresses as user names. This will mean each adviser will need to register their own unique email address for access but we can still send updates or case related correspondence to central or administration emails.
- The system will be self service, each adviser will be able to set and change their own password.
- One account for indemnity and non-indemnity logins – if you currently have 2 these will be combined into 1.
We are going to be introducing the change over the next few weeks and specific emails will be sent when your accounts have been migrated. The changes will make our systems more robust to ensure that all client information is held securely. We also hope it will help make life simple by giving advisers an easier way to login to access the services they need.
