Due to the success of our Fee-Free July offer, we are delighted to announce that this will be extending into August and offering free-fees across all of our standard product range.

We exist to help mature borrowers over 55 and removing the normal £995 to £1395 product fees across our standard range is a great way of us giving extra value.

From 1 August, our complex product range will be excluded from this offer so to take advantage of this, don’t forget you need to get the application submitted via our Broker Portal by the 31 July.
