With effect from Tuesday 18^th January, we’re making the following changes to our Lifetime Mortgage Products.

We’re increasing rates on:

•  Lifetime Mortgage Drawdown+
•  Lifetime Mortgage Lump Sum+

Where a KFI has been generated on the lower rates, DIPs must be submitted by 12:00 midday, Monday 31^st January with applications fully submitted by 12:00 Midday, Tuesday 1^st February.
