With effect from Wednesday 30th March, we’re making the following changes to our Lifetime Mortgage Products.

We’re increasing rates on:

Ø  Lifetime Mortgage Drawdown+

Ø  Lifetime Mortgage Lump Sum+

Please see the attached rate tables for the new product rates. Please be aware, the current rates are only available until 16:30 Tuesday 29^th March

Where a KFI has been generated on the lower rates, DIPs must be submitted by 12:00 midday, Tuesday 12^th April with applications fully submitted by 12:00 Midday, Wednesday 13^th April.
