  • Emotional and practical support, including LV= Doctor Services and their Member Care Line.
  • Flexible cover options including the choice to miss usual payments and repay them later, cover amendments, and an unemployment holiday (LV= Income Protection only).
  • A new ‘payment break’ which may be available outside of LV=’s standard policy terms and conditions, subject to certain criteria and the individual’s circumstances.
