We’ve got a few years of experience under our belt when it comes to mortgages (158 in total) and 4 when it comes to specialising in Older Borrower mortgages. We maintain, “you’re only as old as you feel!” which is why we have such a competitive position when it comes to Older Borrowers, as a we feel that age shouldn’t be a barrier to getting a mortgage….
- Our average Older Borrower is 67 years old and retired.1
- We assess affordability jointly… not everybody does!
- 92% of our Older Borrower mortgages are interest only with many looking to downsize in the future to repay their mortgage.2
