We’ve introduced a NEW short-term mortgage product

Our NEW short-term mortgage product features in our Residential range and offers an alternative to a bridging loan. Ideal for clients who require a mortgage but haven’t sold their current property first and can be taken up to 2 years with no Early Repayment Charges.

Product overview:

Discount rate of 5.24%
Booking fee £299, Arrangement fee £1,200 (can be added to mortgage)
Available on Interest Only up to 60% LTV
Maximum 2 year term
Clients can walk away from the mortgage, with no ERCs
Available for purchase or remortgage
Legal assist for remortgage cases

We were finding that many intermediaries looking for options for their clients who are in the process of buying and potentially need a short-term mortgage. This is a new product that we’re trialling in the market and welcome feedback from brokers and their clients.
