A spot of good news – you’re part of an industry that’s confident about its future prospects and is determined to continue supporting customers, despite the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

We asked more than 200 of our brokers about their confidence levels for the next 12 months and what they’re doing to support their customers.

They told us:

 71% are either confident (65%) or very confident (6%) about the market’s prospects

• More than half (51%) are using video calls to speak to customers

– 42% are sending customers regular email updates
