In continued support of the Armed Forces, Metro Bank is now accepting Forces Help to Buy (FHTB) as a source of deposit for residential capital repayment applications.
What is the process?
- You will need to submit the mortgage application as normal however when you come to the loan details, you will need to select ‘Unsecured Loan’ under ‘Source of Deposit’.
- Once you have completed the application, please return to the homepage and use the ‘Send a message’ tab to notify us that the application is ‘Forces Help to Buy’. This functionality can be found on the bottom right hand corner.
Please note, we will request proof of the FHTB offer as part of our underwriting process.
