Our existing customers can apply for an online rate switch during a 3 month payment holiday period.
If your customer requires an online rate switch, you can do this by logging into the online rate switching portal. You will be able to switch their rate there and then and the portal will take you through the whole process in just 10 minutes.

Top tip – If your customer finds a mortgage rate they’d like to switch to, you will need to tell us 10 days before the current mortgage rate ends.

BROKER REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN
Great news, we have re-opened broker registrations with immediate effect. Once your intermediary firms have registered, they will have access to our affordability calculator, the ability to submit both AIP’s and full mortgage applications as well as supporting any existing Metro Bank customers with rate switches. Top tip: When submitting a case, if a broker is utilising a mortgage club they will be prompted to select which one they are part of. If they are part of a mortgage network then they will not need to select anything as the system will automatically acknowledge their network affiliation.
