In line with the wider industry, Metro Bank customers impacted by Coronavirus will be able to apply for a mortgage payment holiday of up to 3 months until 31 October 2020. They can do this by visiting www.metrobankonline.co.uk/mortgages/ and applying online.
If your customer is looking to extend their payment holiday for a further 3 months, they will need to contact our Mortgage Admin Team by emailing mortgageservicing@metrobank.plc.uk. Our team will look at your customer’s financial situation with them at the end of their current payment holiday, and if they need more assistance we will look at solutions.
Metro Bank will also not pursue any repossession action until 31 October 2020, as per FCA guidance.
