You will be aware that in March we suspended the sale of new easiprotect policies. This suspension remains in place for the time being and we will of course continue to manage and service all existing policyholders and any claims that accrue.

In regard to the ongoing management of the scheme, we have been instructed by the insurer to notify policyholders, as per the T&Cs, of an increase to their premium which will be effective from 1st July 2020. This premium increase will help in continuing to pay claims.
