Document requirements

For all portfolio landlord applications, we’ll need to see a portfolio spreadsheet, business plan, and the last 3 months’ bank statements showing rental receipts and mortgage payments.

For portfolio landlords with 10 or more buy-to-lets, we’ll also need to see a cash flow forecast
