To confirm your rate switch application has been completed
Tip – To confirm that you’ve successfully completed a rate switch application via NFI Online, within ‘Case Home’ you’ll be greeted with a page titled ‘Application Submitted’.
You’ll also be provided with a summary of the mortgage accounts being switched and the date the rate switch will take place.
Case tracking isn’t available for our range of switcher products.
