Hopefully, you will have seen the great news announced earlier this week that Nationwide has resumed lending up to 85% LTV – We’re delighted to confirm that this also applies to New Build houses.

We’ve also made a correction to the original New Build Update which was circulated last week – it’s a small change to the offer extension process, and we’re pleased to confirm that offers on New Build properties will be offered a 90 day extension on top of the original offer period, subject to eligibility.
