Selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate increases

With effect from tomorrow, Friday 7 July, we’re increasing selected 2 and 5 year fixed rate products.

2 year fixed rates at 60% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.15% to 1.34% and 1.74% respectively
2 year fixed rates at 75% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.05% to 1.39% and 1.79% respectively
5 year fixed rates at 60% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.20% to 1.99% and 2.19% respectively
5 year fixed rates at 75% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.10% to 2.04% and 2.24% respectively

How to reserve existing products

You can reserve existing products through NFI Online and NFI MTE until 5:00pm today Thursday 6 July 2017.

Paper applications must be posted to the address below with a postmark no later than Thursday 6 July 2017.
