We’ve changed selected 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rates, and selected Equity Share rates.

3 and 5 year fixed rate reductions 

  • 3 year fixed rates across 80%, 85% and 90% LTV tiers reduced by up to 0.15%.
  • 5 year fixed rates across 60%, 80%, 85% and 90% LTV tiers reduced by up to 0.25%.

2 year fixed rate increases

  • 2 year fixed rates across 60%, 80% and 85% LTV tiers increased by 0.05%.

Equity Share 2 year fixed rate increases

  • 2 year fixed rates at 60% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.05% to 1.64% and 2.04% respectively.
