2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate increases

• 2 year fixed rates at 90% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.10% to 1.99% and 2.39% respectively;
• 3 year fixed rates at 90% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.05% to 2.24% and 2.54% respectively;
• 5 year fixed rates at 90% LTV with a £999 and £0 fee increased by 0.05% to 2.39% and 2.59% respectively.
