2 and 5 year fixed rate reductions
- 2 year and 5 year fixed rates at 90% LTV reduced by 0.05%.
Equity Share 2 and 5 year fixed rate reductions
- 2 year fixed rates across 60% and 75% LTV tiers reduced by 0.05%.
- 5 year fixed rates across 60% and 75% LTV tiers reduced by 0.10%.
Switcher 2, 3 and 5 year fixed rate reductions
- 2 year fixed rates across 60% and 75% LTV tiers reduced by up to 0.10%.
- 3 year fixed rates across 60% and 75% LTV tiers reduced by 0.05%.
- 5 year fixed rates across 60%, 75% and 90% LTV tiers reduced by up to 0.15%.
