We’re pleased to confirm that in addition to our newly introduced Helping Hand enhanced affordability and our new Green products, we’ve also made some additional system enhancements.
These improvements are summarised below and are now live:
Switching with additional borrowing
If your client already has a mortgage with Nationwide, you are now able to complete a rate switch and apply for additional borrowing at the same time and they will only be charged one fee.
We have also added two new additional borrowing reasons. These are:
- Buy Freehold title or new extended lease;
- Buy land to extend security.
Improved Amend Case functionality
We’ve updated the Amend Case functionality to include a Cancel Case option. This means you are now able to cancel applications post submission without needing to call us. Find out more.
