New Business
Rate Changes
- Purchase: Rate increases of up to 20bps and 19bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
- Remortgage: Rate increases of up to 27bps and 20bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
- Buy to Let – Purchase: Rate increases of up to 21bps and 19bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
- Buy to let – Remortgage: Rate increases of up to 22bps and 25bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
- Green – Purchase: Rate increases of up to 20bps and 18bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
- Green – Remortgage: Rate increases of up to 27bps and 16bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
- Buy to let Green – Purchase: Rate increases of up to 19bps and 10bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
- Buy to Let Green – Remortgage: Rate increases of up to 19bps and 11bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals

- Switcher: Rate increases of up to 19bps and 21bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
- Switcher – High value: Rate increases of up to 15bps and 21bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
