Effective 5th April we are making the following changes to our New Business product range:

Rate Changes
- Shared Equity purchase: Rate increase of up to 45bps on 60% and 75% LTV 2 and 5 year deals
- Help to Buy Shared Equity purchase: Rate increase of up to 45bps on 60% and 75% LTV 5 year deals
- Help to Buy Shared Equity remortgage: Rate increase of up to 42bps and 35bps on 60% and 75% 2 and 5 year deals
- Buy to Let – purchase: Rate increase of up to 9bps and 10bps on 60% and 75% LTV 2 and 5 year deals
- Buy to Let – remortgage: Rate increase of up to 9bps and 11bps on 60% and 75% LTV 2 and 5 year deals
- Green – purchase: Rate increase of up to 35bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
- Green – remortgage: Rate increase of up to 40bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
- Green Buy to Let – purchase: Rate increase of up to 34bps and 35bps on 65% and 75% LTV 2 and 5 year deals
- Green Buy to Let – remortgage: Rate increase of up to 43bps and 36bps on 65% and 75% LTV 2 and 5 year deals

- Switcher – high value: Rate increase of 16bps on 75% LTV 5 year deal
- Buy to Let – switcher: Rate increase of up to 30bps and 23bps on selected 2 and 5 year deals
