The perfect time to reconnect with customers
November’s a great moment to pause, look back on the year, and start planning for 2026. With the Autumn Budget on the horizon and mortgage maturities peaking for this year, it’s the perfect time to reconnect with your customers.
Reach out through your newsletters and reviews — stay front of mind and show your customers you’re here to guide them through the changes ahead.
Let’s make these final weeks of the year count and set up for a strong start to 2026!
Full Procuration Fees Now Payable on Product Transfers
CHL Mortgages and ModaMortgages have announced a major enhancement to their intermediary proposition, confirming that they will now pay full procuration fees on all product transfers.
This change recognises the full advisory work involved in product transfers, including research, client engagement, and verification, and reinforces their commitment to supporting intermediary relationships.
To access their product transfer offering, you must be registered with both lenders:
Rate Cuts Open New Opportunities for Advisers
With high-street lenders slashing mortgage rates as the price war intensifies, advisers have a key opportunity to re-engage clients and help them secure more competitive deals. Falling rates are driving increased borrower activity, particularly among those approaching product end dates or seeking to remortgage.
Now, with full procuration fees payable on product transfers, advisers can make the most of this environment — ensuring clients benefit from improved rates while being fairly rewarded for their expertise and diligence. It’s the perfect moment to review existing client books and support customers in navigating this fast-moving market.

To make it easier for advisers to discuss FIB and other protection options with clients, Sandra is currently working on new protection factsheets. These will offer clear, practical guidance and key talking points to support your conversations … keep an eye out for their release soon!
