Dedicated underwriting
Where the client is known to have medical history, please refer details as early as possible to the Underwriting team. Ideally this should be done pre-sale so that expectations can be set of our likely terms.
You will be allocated a dedicated underwriter this will be either John Loader or Lisa Sheriton who will look after the high net worth cases for both pre-sale enquiries and on-going case support.
John and Lisa can be contacted directly:
- John – 023 80726143 – John.loader@omwealth.com
- Lisa – 023 80729526 – Lisa.sheriton@omwealth.com
High net worth cases will be worked on as a priority. This will ensure prompt responses at each step.
Swift medical evidence
If a General Practitioner Report, medical examination, exercise ECG or a specific test is required, these will be obtained by Medical Screenings Solutions, a specialist in the high net worth market.
Our normal non-medical limits will apply for high net worth cases. These are regularly benchmarked against the market to ensure we have a competitive position.
Personalised new business service
All high net worth cases will be owned by a dedicated member of our new business team from the time the application is received to going on risk.
The application will be entered into our systems on the day it is received (if before 3pm) and will be given priority.
When we receive the application your dedicated new business contact will call you to introduce themselves, provide their contact details, and thank you for the case.
Your contact will then keep you updated at each step of the process.
