As part of our ongoing service improvements, you can now download and print a copy of your client’s mortgage offer as soon as we’ve issued it.

What you’ll see in Introducer Internet > My Applications > My Offers

* All mortgage offers issued in the last 180 days where the application has not yet completed.

* Mortgage offers will be displayed in case reference descending order.

* Where multiple mortgage offers have been issued these will be displayed in date order.

* <View> a summary of the new ‘My Offers’ screen.

You’ll also continue to receive a copy of the mortgage offer in the post.
