From speaking to someone about their mental health, managing absence and what additional support is available, this webinar is suitable for line managers and HR professionals of all experience levels.

Attendees will cover the prevalence of mental health issues, stigma and some common mental health problems as well as understanding the associated risks.2. Managing mental health problems in the workplace
In this section we cover common concerns of line managers, possible warning signs of poor mental health in employees, how to begin initial discussions and what support is available for employees that line managers can signpost to.3. Case studies
Real life scenarios encountered in the workplace and guidance on best practice solutions.
