What’s new?

We have reintroduced our valuation fees and an application fee of £150 on all products
Removal of the floating charge on all portfolio applications for limited companies, incorporated solely for the activity of holding and letting residential properties
Our new case tracker app is now available, allowing you to manage Paragon buy to let mortgages on the go
We’ve launched a corporate buy to let proposition for those intermediaries with customers looking for funding of £5 million or more
A new forward funding facility has been introduced. If you have professional landlord customers, who are planning more purchases and remortgages as part of their future business strategy, this may be the perfect solution.
