Due to the current restrictions in place across the UK, and in order to protect our employees, customers and tenants, we’ve introduced desktop valuations for properties that are either single self-contained units or have up to four tenants.
To ensure the valuation is accurate and to prevent any potential delays, the application will need to be supported by a completed property information form.
It’s essential that you fill this form in during the application process and provide as much supporting evidence as possible, such as photographs, previous valuations, and sales details, as this will help us when preparing the desktop valuation.
For more complex and HMO applications, we will continue to manage the application but will book the physical valuation towards the end of the process.
