Therefore, in a bid to improve the time your customer has to wait for an offer, we are now instructing all mortgage valuations on day one! So, once a fully completed application has been submitted, we will immediately instruct a valuation on your customer’s property.
As there will be a cost involved for your portfolio customers applying through Paragon Mortgages, the day one mortgage valuation instruction can be opted out of at the time of application by calling us 0345 849 4040.
