New customers can now access their documents by logging in through the customer website, unless they choose to opt out when taking out their policy, whilst existing customers will be invited to register to go paperless as their insurance comes up for renewal.
Jon Bowen, chief operating officer at Paymentshield, said: “Aside from its obvious ‘green’ benefits, we believe the introduction of paperless systems will help us to deliver the best possible customer service.
