Changes to Income Protection
Our Income Protection policy is being withdrawn to all new business from 7:30pm on Monday 23 March 2020.
Changes to Mortgage Protection availability
We’ll be temporarily suspending sales of Mortgage Protection cover from 7:30pm on Monday 23 March 2020 until the morning of Wendesday 25 March 2020.
From Wednesday 25 March 2020, only accident and sickness cover will be available for new business until further notice.
For existing clients with accident and sickness cover, we’ll be temporarily suspending the ability to add unemployment cover through a mid-term adjustment (MTA).
Changes to our Rent Protection
Our rent protection is being withdrawn to all new business from 7:30pm on Monday 23 March 2020.

We’d like to assure you that any of your existing clients who’ve taken out income or mortgage protection can still claim in line with their policy’s terms and conditions.

We’ve taken these decisions in order to protect our existing policyholders and their ability to make eligible claims.
