This year, Paymentshield have updated their sales team structure to enable them to further enhance the support that they offer to advisers in growing their GI sales and protecting their client’s family home.
They now have 2 teams; a team of 18 that will work closely with existing firms already using Paymentshield and support them with their GI strategy.
The second team is a team of 7 dedicated to working with firms that don’t currently do GI but want to start embedding GI in their sales process. The maps and lists of RSMs and TBDMs can be found on the web article which is linked at the bottom.
Emma Green, Head of Sales said “In 2020 during lockdown 1.0, we started to talk to lots of firms that weren’t doing GI and found that more firms were starting to look at GI as an alternative revenue stream particularly in Q2 when the market was tough. By the end of the year we saw an additional 500 new Firms that hadn’t sold GI with us before start selling. So, it makes sense to add more resource to engaging more with this group of advisers and support them further with their goals of embedding GI in their business.”
Alongside their dedicated sales team, Paymentshield have a large panel of 7 insurers which means clients have plenty of choice when it comes to choosing their cover needs. With over 70 pieces of marketing material on their website, Paymentshield have a range of resources to help with your GI conversations including adviser sales aids, customer leaflets, case studies and eBooks.
Their Adviser Hub gives you access to QuickQuote which can be accessed via Adviser Hub speeds up the time it would normally take to do a quote. For their Home Insurance, you only need to enter your clients address and QuickQuote will auto-fill the build year, type and bedrooms meaning you can get back to your clients with a quote much quicker than normal.
Paymentshield have recently launched their online broker FAQS, to make searching for the answer to your questions easier. They are categorised by topic and cover any product, general or Adviser Hub queries.
