Fixed rate end dates extended to end June. New product codes will be issued for all products.
New Business

- Selected fixed rates with fees increased by 0.05%.
- All 95% LTV rates reduced to be now all at 3.00%.
Buy to Let
- Selected fixed rates reduced by up to 0.10%
Help to Buy
- No change
Product Switch
Mainstream
- Selected fixed rates increased by up to 0.20%
Buy to Let
- Selected fixed rates reduced by up to 0.10%
