Premium rebate update

Following communication to our mutual customers on 24 March (see wpa.org.uk/latest-information) we have continued to review how we can support our customers and we are delighted to inform you that over the next couple of days we will be writing to customers to inform them that we will be rebating approximately 40% of a monthly premium – this follows our promise in March that we will not profit from the reduction in claims as a result of Covid-19.  The attached FAQ document provides further detail (section B focuses on the Rebate).

 

We can also confirm that there will be no commission clawback for intermediaries as part of this gesture.

New features to the WPA Health app

The WPA Health app provides our customers with 24/7 easy access to their WPA policy documents and much more.

On 29 April we released an update of WPA Health to Google Play and Apple App Store to include three new features:

  • Cash benefit claims
  • Remote GP Services
  • Bespoke branding

To access the app, simply search for ‘WPA Health’ in Google Play or the App Store, or click on either badge below.
