The Right DA Club, the directly authorised arm of The Right Mortgage Ltd, has officially launched its compliance packages for directly authorised firms. The packages have already been successfully launched out to the 92 directly authorised firms currently using the Club.
The compliance services, provided directly by the Club, are backed up by the company’s regulated financial services network, The Right Mortgage & Protection Network, which specialises in a range of products such as Mortgages, Protection, GI, Private Medical Insurance and more recently, Equity Release.
The packages are designed to ensure directly authorised firms meet their regulatory requirements by providing them with a reliable and robust network framework. The Club offers bespoke compliance services to fulfil a variety of business needs, as well as three ready to use membership packages.
The initial ‘DA Membership’ is free to access for directly authorised firms and includes a number of features such as; access to Legal and General Mortgage Club, Protection, General Insurance and Private Medical Insurance panels, the company’s National Training Event invitations, monthly provider and lender bulletins, and access to all ancillary services.
Martin Wilson, CEO of The Right Mortgage Ltd said: “We’re delighted to finally be able to offer this compliance service to all of our directly authorised club members.”
“It can be difficult to navigate the minefield of regulation in our industry, so having these packages and knowing that it has been used within a network gives our DA members confidence that they can run their business compliantly.”
“It’s all about giving our members the security of a network, but with the freedom of being directly authorised and making their own decisions.”
The Right DA Club has also developed an AR to DA package helping those firms that wish to become directly authorised to do so, with minimum disruption to their business and to ensure that they have the correct procedures in place to run a successful, compliant business once they have become directly authorised.
