In their latest move to support members across the UK during this time, The Right Mortgage and Protection Network, home to over 490 advisers, have created a digital events calendar after having to cancel their face to face events earlier this year.
The global pandemic is changing the way many are doing business, and as a result, The Right Mortgage have stepped up to the challenge of creating other ways to help their members by adapting the new need to work remotely by cancelling events and moving services entirely online.
After closing their head office, due to following government guidelines, and having all members of team work from home, the business, despite this, continues to anticipate the needs of their members by working alongside their wide range of providers to launch new online workshops that will help members adapt and thrive during current circumstances, and this reflects in their attendance with one of their most recent webinars having an impressive 162 members sign up.
One of their members had this to say about the webinars:
“I would just like to thank everyone at The Right Mortgage for all of the support that they are providing during the current situation we are all in at the moment. I would recommend the webinars to all members as I have found them to be very informative and good chance to interact with your colleagues at TRM.”
The new events calendar is available online for members of the network on their adviser site, alongside their new Future Proof Your Business hub, which provides members with a wide range of marketing materials and sales support to access at any time.
Another key feature the network have launched is their hashtag #therightadvice which provides industry news to their members across all social media platforms, in a current and timely manner, ensuring they always have the most up to date news to support their businesses.
Martin Wilson, CEO at The Right Mortgage LTD said:
“Everyone around the world is hoping for the pandemic to end so everything can return to normal, however, we know that, despite the current circumstances, our members are always looking for ways to improve and optimise their businesses and these webinars serve as a way to support them. I’m proud of the continuous hard work and efforts of our team, and the resilient nature of all members of our network. We are finding new ways to connect with our network, and hope to continue providing free, educational and informative events in the coming months.”
Unfortunately, they’ve taken the precaution of cancelling their National Training Event (NTE) originally set to take place on 4th June in Birmingham, which has been postponed to May 2021, however, plans for their November NTE at the moment, are still set to go ahead.
Adam Stretton, Managing Director at The Right Mortgage Ltd, said:
“Whilst it’s disappointing to postpone our National Training Event, we do this to continue ensuring the safety of all those who attend, including our members, staff, speakers and sponsors, and are confident this is the correct decision to make at this time.
Our next National Training Event on 26th November 2020 is still set to go ahead, and we’ll be doing all we can to ensure that event is an excellent experience for all involved.
We encourage everyone, in the meantime, to follow government regulations, and stay safe, and we’re doing all we can to continue helping our members over phone, or email, whilst working remotely.”
