- We accept day rate contractors, temporary and fixed term contracts, as well as labour only sub-contractors as suitable sources of income and affordability, with 2 years of industry experience required*
- We don’t exclude first time contractors as we won’t ask for a history of contracts*
- We consider labour only sub-contractor applications where applicants have been contracted to no more than 2 employers in the last 12 months, we do ask for 1 year’s accounts*
- For day rate contractors, we only ask for a copy of the latest contract which needs to evidence annual income of over £50,000. We easily calculate your clients income by using daily rate x days worked x 48 weeks*
