Principality expands new build lending offer to enable more first time buyers to prosper
We know how important it is to keep things clear and simple and when it comes to helping your customers buy a new build property, we want to make sure you have all the criteria information and support you need to advise your customers.
• We lend up to 90% LTV on new build flats and houses in England and Wales.
• We lend up to 75% LTV on buy-to-let new build flats and houses in England and Wales.
• We offer a free basic valuation on certain products up to 90% LTV
• Valuations are instructed immediately, offers are valid for 6 months (we may extend offers where the original offer period has expired on a case by case basis), no mortgage commitment fees and no completion fees.

These changes are in response to the increase in new build houses and flats being built across the UK and the call to make mortgage products more affordable on these types of properties.

We are removing products from our mortgage range
We would like to inform you that we are removing product codes 11145, 11146, 11147 and 11148 from our 65% LTV fixed rate mortgage range.
These products will be removed on Wednesday 13th September 2017 at 8pm.
