When you registered to do business with us, you provided your FCA registered address, including a postcode.  Our emails will always include this postcode near the top of the page so that you know they’re from us.

We are pleased to announce that as of this week, we are now publishing our mortgage teams’ service levels on our intermediary website.

You will now be able to view our average call answering time along with the date we are completing our underwriting assessments.

We appreciate that this information is important to you and we hope that by having our SLA’s readily available on our website it will save you time and effort.
