We would like to inform you that we are reducing rates across a number of our mortgage products.
Please see below a summary of the products that are reducing:
- Residential 65 – 75% LTV discounted mortgage products to reduce by 0.10%
- The 90 – 95% LTV residential mortgage products will be reduced between 0.10% to 0.20% of their current rate
- All Buy to Let products will be reduced between 0.10% to 0.15% of their current rate
- This new range will hold August end dates
- We will now allow remortgaging up to 90% LTV
These will be available from 9am Friday 30th June 2017.
Previous versions of these products will be withdrawn from sale on Thursday 29th June at 8:00pm.
